CobraHoster Jobs respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe content on https://jobs.cobrahoster.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@cobrahoster.com including:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including its URL on our Website.
- Your contact information (name, address, email and phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. Repeat infringers may be permanently blocked.
